Ina Van Steelandt graduated from the Catholic
University of Leuven in 2007 with a law degree/master's. During her period of
training, she spent a year in Strasbourg (Université de Strasbourg III (Robert
Schuman)) within the framework of the Erasmus program.
Immediately after she completed her training, Ina
began her internship with GSJ advocaten as a member of the Commercial, Economic
and Financial Law team, but at the end of her internship she decided to stay on
at GSJ to acquire more in-depth knowledge of the practical side of her
specialisation, and since 1 September 2014 she has been a partner.
At the present time, Ina is mainly involved in assisting
clients with various tasks including transfers of shares and commercial funds
(M&A), the drafting of tailored cooperation agreements in a wide range of
areas of expertise (joint venture of contractors and project developers,
associations of physicians, etc.), drawing up company documents (deeds of
incorporation, articles of association, shareholder agreements, minutes of
meetings, etc.). In addition, she has done tremendous work assisting private
clients, companies and public authorities with proceedings before the civil
courts and commissions.

Gisteren heeft Hamilton Thorne Ltd, één van de grootste wereldwijde IVF-leveranciers, Gynétics Medical Products overgenomen. GSJ stond Gynetics bij deze overname bij.
